Early termination fee: $149 if a year or less is remaining in the term and $299 more than a year is remaining in the term. If you move outside our coverage area and disconnect service, termination fee does not apply.
Add-on
features: You can add to the service plan:
- Additional static IP addresses available for $10 a month for each address. There is no set up charge for adding a static IP address.
- You can order additional e-mail addresses for an additional $0.50 per month per address. There is a $5 set up charge for each time you make a change.
- You can
order additional webspace
for an additional $1 per month per 20 MB of space. There is a $5 set
up charge for each time you make a change.
- We set up wireless home networks. We provide the necessary hardware and configure your computers, the router and firewall. You will be able to access the Internet from any of your computers. You can also have your family members go online simultaneously from different computers.
- We do NOT just ship you a box with some instructions for self-install.
