Coronavirus update 4-17-2020 (Click here for update of 3-18-2020)

What has changed:
  • Many of you started working from home and students are taking online classes.
  • Network traffic increased about 30% in about a week.
  • We received calls for speed upgrades and new connections.
What we did:
  • Added additional equipment to increase network capacity by 25% overall
  • Setup plans to add additional capacity in the next 30 days and will report back when complete.
  • Setup new connections and upgraded speeds while prioritizing first responders and health care workers
What we ask of you:
  • Please use paperless payments and use email support whenever possible.
  • If you call us, leave a message. We will call you back though it may take longer than usual.
  • If you have a suggestion on how we can help during these times, be sure to contact us and let us know.

Coronavirus update 3-18-2020
What we are doing:
  1. We are open for business.
  2. We continue to monitor and maintain the network 24x7. We realize that many of you use are using the internet for telecommuting and remote learning more than ever. 
  3. We are adopting best practices such as social distancing, washing hands, disinfecting surfaces and following directives from authorities regarding "shelter in place" and other restrictions.

What we ask of you:
  1. Practice social distancing and stay at least 8 feet away from our personnel if they come to your premises.
  2. Clean and disinfect any surfaces that they we may work on (such as routers and power supplies) before and after we visit.
  3. Please do not come to our office in person. We recommend paperless payments.
  4. Call us with any concerns and leave a message if we do not answer. We will call you back.

The future:
  1. Down the road, should the economy weaken and you have trouble making payments, let us know. We will work with you as we always have in the past.
  2. Most of you have been our customers for many years and we hope to serve you for many more years.
  3. Lets work together and beat this virus back.
